Heres a comic I did for the group I Am Forever, a few months back.. It’s just being released now with their Album “The Tragic Tale of Jonny Pumpkin Head” I Had a lot of fun working on this project, the band was great to work with, and are super talented!

This is a little project that me and Carlos started up this summer, after finishing are 4th year films, we just couldn't get enough :) so we started another huge endeavour.

This surprisingly was completed all within the last month, with a bit of pre-production and script writing done earlier in the summer. It was a struggle to pass it in on time, and I had to quit my job in the making, but got to keep your dreams alive!

Anyways thanks to all who helped us on this project friends and family, mike Keogh for doing the music/ sound fx, and everyone else!

the bg for this drawing is from this old Cool Hand Luke poster, with Paul Newman, a great movie, I actually saw the poster in another movie though, the 25th hour, By spike Lee. Both great moives and an awsome poster. I think it works well with this gangster guy.

Garrett a crazed killer??

If you read the Toronto Star today, you would have come across an article wrapping up the lockdown incident we had on Friday, and you also would have seen a picture of Garrett fleeing the scene of the crime, or just casually walking home, as he claims.
“No crazed gunman – just a young man wearing a lumberjack-style green jacket, initially reported as a camouflage jacket, and carrying a "long tubular object" under his arm.”
I wish I had the picture from the paper, with Garrett escaping and looking very stern, while everyone around him is in panic, definitely a must see photo.
Anyways I feel a lot better about the whole issue, knowing that garrett is the prime suspect, gives me a sense of relief, haha
